Kona Grill at Fashion Square in Scottsdale has always been good when I have gone there. It is now a chain but this was the original location.

There are lots of your typical sushi bars, all pretty average. Sakebomber Sushi and grill is probably the best of the bunch. I love sushi, but I will admitt that its been harder to impress me with the US sushi after spending a week in Japan last summer....now that stuff was outstanding.
