Amica Insurance experiences?

I currently have State Farm for Home+Auto insurance, and they've been raising my rates year after year. I was looking through some old threads and saw a couple people mention Amica. Does anyone here use them, and can you share your experiences with them?

We have Amica for home, have never had to file a claim or anything but any interaction we have had with them has gone well. They are suppose to be great at customer service, one of the reasons we went with them.

I don't have them but I did quite a bit of research when I switched insurers last year and they were always near the top of the customer satisfaction rankings. Check out jdpower.com, they have ratings on insurers.

I have never had to to file a claim (Auto) with them but their Customer Service is always great. It is very easy to get in touch with them.
