Does anybody else follow this? Found it on Reddit last year and saw ISU move up a few places. One of the most objective measures of all time program success I've found. If the boys can hang onto their ranking for a while I think they can pass Xavier and crack the top 60 this year. Other than Baylor and Auburn all the teams in the 50's look pretty bad too, if they finish this season strong and get well ranked next year they might be able to crack the top 50 by the end of next season.

What is he doing, aggregating all AP votes all time? What is FPV?

FPV is first place votes. Essentially every weekly poll he assigns 25 points to the 1st place team,...,1 point to 25th place, 26+ gets 0. Goes all the way back to the beginning of the poll.
