On the "This is Halloween" vein, anything written by Danny Elfman for a Tim Burton production has to make a top 100 list. Some of Elfman's songs with Oingo Boingo are in the top 40:
1) Grey Matter
2) Dead Man's Party
3) Weird Science

A lot of Rob Zombie stuff should make the list including Dragula and Thunderkiss "65.

Also the Butthole Surfers' Who Was in My Room Last Night? is a good video of Halloween art.
