6-3 Weather Thread-Long track tornadoes?

Nice! I remember last year there was one but it started in Eastern IA and went all the way out to PA I think so we just missed out on it

3 years ago there was one that stated in Alleman, and went all the way to like Ohio. It took out Channel 13's Doppler Radar just to the south of Alleman and had Highway 69 closed for a few days to clean up all the power poles.

That one did a number on Garwin, Garrison and Vinton as well. Spent that whole day trying to get to my families farms around Garwin and helping clean up. Still shocked no one was killed.

Gonna be a long night at the firehouse. When big storms come through we always get paged out to fire alarms and people calling because of possible gas leaks, etc.
