Erin has the hots for Brock. Probably wants to know if the nickname, BCB, is true.
I listened to a podcast she did awhile back. She’s quite a bit different than you would expect her to be. Seemed like a pretty interesting gal, actually.

(And BCB… we all know it’s real. #babysarmholdinganapple)

ESPN interview a few minutes ago with Christian McCaffrey. He was asked if he knew who Brock Purdy was before the season started and he said “ No. I didn’t watch a lot of Iowa State football.”

Haha!

You mean she hits from the other side of the plate?

There is a “Cyclone Legend” Brock Purdy parlay on Caesars Sportsbook right now. Watching pre-game and half of it feels like a Brock Purdy infomercial. Iowa State is all over the NFL right now.

It’s 100% bonkers that a year ago, we were saying goodbye to Brock after 4 amazing years and now all of this is happening. I’d say it’s the coolest thing to happen to Iowa State ever - game results included.

With Brock now listed as doubtful at halftime....

Gotta feel so bad for Brock. He's managed the hype and media better than I think anybody else would have over the past 2 months and each game proved people wrong.

Get's to the 2nd biggest stage and doesn't have but a couple plays before getting knocked out. Can't even imagine the emotions he's going through or will over the next weeks/months.

Hell of an experience for him and he has a legendary start to what will hopefully be a very long, successful career.

Yeah, it does suck. But in the flip side, if the 49ers aren’t putting him back in, it probably means they want to safe him, and his elbow for the future. That’s a good thing.

At home, I'm referring to this injured version of Brock - who hands off to CMC every play - as "Broke Purdy". Not fun to watch. What a run he had.

Crappy way to end a great run. See you back at the helm next September, Brock. Gonna take a while to get over this disappointing finish.

Really curious and a little anxious on how the Niners are going to handle the quarterback situation for next year. would love to see the organization get behind Brock from the jump (like in the post game press conf….I know fantasy land), but just not sure how that’s going to play out.

I think he’s played well enough they don’t have any other choice other than to do that. He has to be their #1 next year and then let it play out from there.

The way the run ended sucked but he’s in a great position going forward.

I agree, I just hope it’s not some quarterback competition going into training camp next year.

I actually think this just reinforces what most of us have been saying which is that he’s been playing really well. If this was plug-and-play in SF you gain more than 180 yards today.
