Pagans pitch was right down the middle and awful. But the offense needs to own more of that loss.

Bullpen is so suspect and it amazes me that softball has had ITB forever but our major league manager can’t figure it out. Rocco has to have one of the worst records in extra innings games since ITB has been brought into the game.

Twins need to trade for two high-leverage relievers like Daniel Bard and David Robertson. Can probably get both guys for a pair of lottery tickets.

That’s essentially what bullpen guys are, lottery tickets. You never know when they will go to sh*t.

Was hoping Rocco would bring in Larnach to hit against the RHP in the tenth but he stayed with Sanchez.
The new extra inning rule has not been kind to the Twins.

Agree. Just getting sick and tired of watching Pagan either walk guys or serve up longballs. Duran is their only reliable reliever.
Put on a cubs game and you'll feel better about your bullpen. Usually I feel good about being up 4 runs going into the 7th

Wait WTF happened?! I saw it was 10-7 heading to 9th so decided to go for a walk with dog. Just saw they LOST 11-10?! Jesus.
Pagan imploded in the ninth inning again like usual. This is what happens when a front office doesn't value a bullpen. Falvey and Levine think you can just plug and play any reliever in high-leverage situations.

Well, seems to be working out well for them. I honestly feel bad for Rocco. Outside of Duran, he has nothing to work with. They all suck.

Jax has been decent (as well as Smith), but Smith had already pitched tonight and Jax has a tired arm. The fact that Duffey still has a contract is our main issue. Time to send him down the road.

Jax is serviceable but not some steel door. I’m not a believer in smith. He can get outs but he plays with fire with his unique skill set. I see him similar to when we had Romo. You see it work and your happy with it. But if he got lit up, you wouldn’t be remotely surprised.

Look at this and tell me they don’t all suck (minus Duran).

If the Twins shop Correa, which contender would target him the most?
With the Twins needing pitching so badly, it's time to find the next Joe Ryan.

Bullpen going to keep them out of the playoffs at this point. Something needs to be done, but steady relievers seem to be allergic to the Twins franchise, as even good ones that have come to them over the years seem to underperform against their career average. Also puzzling to me, but not nearly as problematic, is that they've been shut out many times this year. Idk. It's been a fun ride so far, for the most part, but seems poised for a fizzle-out in September, or another first round exit and/or getting swept.
