Lamar needs to hire an agent and get his deal done! OR...be prepared to sit out all year because it seems as though the Ravens will not give him market value which goes up with every contract that gets signed.
Lamar wants a fully guaranteed contract, which the Ravens refuse to offer.

Well...he wants the guaranteed money to be at the level that he deserves based on other QB contracts at the moment...they can write the rest of it as needed but the guaranteed money the Ravens are appearing to offer seems well below what Hurts got today.

It's being reported last summer the Ravens offered Lamar Jackson essentially the same contract that Jalen Hurts just signed and he turned it down. Guarantee wasn't big enough, I assume. He's brainwashed by Deshaun Watson's contract. When Joe Burrow and Justin Herbert sign deals that likely won't be close to fully guaranteed, Lamar's leverage is gone because the precedent for fully guaranteed contracts is gone.

I respect him for trying to do it his way...but he really needs to hire an agent!

Agree. Respect him for trying, but not worth the massive losses he will see last year and this year.

I'm going to take a stab at saying he likely didn't know there was a non-exclusive franchise tag either.

Dude just needs to call Drew Rosenhaus. Deal will be done by the end of the week.

Apparently a lot of the guys in Buffalo already refer to AJ as Coach Klein, and with the Bills expected to draft an LB somewhere in the first 3 rounds, this isnt a shocker that they would bring him back to be a position room leader and teacher for their young players.

More long term, I wonder if AJ's apparently close ties with Sean McDermott (together in CAR '13-'16, in Buffalo '20-'21 and brought back middle of last season) sets him up for a future with the Bills' coaching staff?

Arizona Cardinals just released their new uniforms. First glance not really a fan of them:

Williams and Berryhill placed bets on non-NFL games while inside team facilities; the others bet on NFL games not involving their own teams, like Calvin Ridley.

Whether or not the rule is dumb, you gotta know these rules when you’re a player and breaking them is equally as stupid as taking a random supplement without checking if it includes a banned substance.
