I'm glad there aren't more mentions of Big Bang Theory.

I'm sad there are so many mentions of Big Bang Theory.

If it didn’t have a laugh track…

I just can’t with laugh tracks in 2025. I will laugh if it’s funny. No cue needed. Even watching reruns of Seinfeld and the laugh track ruins it for me.

One of my favorite things about Archer for instance is all the perfectly timed, raunchy AF jokes that hit and make me audibly LOL. And not just a some light chuckle, but a deep, guttural jolly laugh that connects me to the show and the characters and the writers. Parks and Rec hits the same way. So does Always Sunny, etc.

Also, there's currently 225 different shows mentioned across 51 different lists. Out of that, 141 shows only show up once.

It doesn't bother me either way. If it's funny, it's funny. All of the old sitcoms had them, didn't make Cheers, Seinfeld, married with children, all in the family, etc less funny.

Bluey is a fantastic show. Also, if you take into account the relative lack of quality kids' programming, Bluey is so much better than it's direct competition than Seinfeld or Soprano's is at theirs.
