I believe they play this during the pregame warm-ups as well. I imagine its something the players ask for. But good job out of the PA people for picking the right time to play it during the game for the players to get them jacked up to pull off the upset. -

In some instances you will see defensive players jump when teams set and then stand to look to the sidelines. I imagine this can help them see where a blitz may be coming and give them an idea where the pressure is coming from. -

I would try and get a hold of the actual landlord to resolve this. I would get a statement showing the money being withdrawn from your account on the first. At the least try to get them down to one month as I believe they do have to notify you of all changes to the rental agreement and I think...
