    He justified it because Matt and him are best buddies. That's also why you like Jon, because he would always talk about Iowa State as a favor to Matt. We are so much better off for having Matt not be a part of this program. He did much more harm then good.

    You don't believe what you typed, do you? He committed to Iowa State 28 days after he announced he was leaving UNLV. It wasn't that fast. Kentucky was never going to offer him. Rumors where they "expressed interest." That was a rumor floated out by BDJ's brother and had no truth to it...

    Monte is obviously very good, but I think a lot of people are forgetting what Fred Holberg did for PG's while at ISU. I'm not the least bit surprised that he didn't make the team over those guys. Those guys are also very good and it's hard to compare them in their offense to that of Monte...

    What had Matt A done in his 5 years at ISU that would lead you to believe he was going to sign any of those HS kids he was after? Matt may have had some relationships, but most assistants do. It doesn't mean you are getting the kids to come to Iowa State, and in Matt's case he wasn't.

    Which is certainly Matt Abdelmasseigh. Matt and Jon are good buddies, which is why Jon has drooled over Iowa State for the last 4 years. Not sure why Matt had an agenda, but it seems pretty clear he is the one who fed that information to Rothstein.
