    I think the thickest accent/dialect I've ever heard was from the PA guy at a football game in Eddyville which is in Marion county and a racing community.

    Yeah, I'm from rural Jasper County. I don't think it's a "southern" accent per se, but you definitely hear people with a rural dialect that's hard to describe.

    I'll echo the stir fry sentiment. I do some protein and vegetables in a pan with olive oil and then put that over quinoa so, so often. Super cheap and healthy.
