2025 field work
I have some field prep done, but haven't turned a wheel yet with the planters. There's still a lot of NH3 tanks out in the country in my area. We got a good half inch of rain on Wednesday morning but conditions since haven't helped dry things out much. Looks like next weekend before we get back... -

Those of us that remember the 1988 crop know. 6 weeks of no rain in the summer left you with 40 bu/ac corn that year. Now, that same spell of weather might still permit 175+ bu/ac. -

Hy-Vee's weirdest business decision yet?
Now that they aren't 24 hour stores, (Covid aftermath?) they just leave stocking carts all over the place. Overnights used to be a good job at a HyVee, IMO. The 3 am crowd was interesting to say the least.
