I really like Cease’s potential but I would not trade proven MLB catcher like Amaya for him. I would rather trade Caissie for Cease

Not at all trying to claim fantasy baseball correlates to real baseball but I’ve had Cease on my dynasty league fantasy team and he is the most frustrating dude in the world. Very boom or bust and can rack up the K’s but can also struggle getting deep into the game with his pitch count. Think I read somewhere a couple weeks ago that he was leading the MLB in whiffs but he’s also prone to a lot of walks. I wouldn’t hate him on the Cubs but he wouldn’t be my first choice
