Fennelly said that he wanted to thank the administration for allowing this to happen. So, maybe an additional position? Did he need extra funding to hire her?

No NCAA limit on number of "graduate student coaches" so I would guess this is a funding thing for salary. Would assume as a golden girl of the program she will get a decent salary and not be treated like a gopher which is what most graduate assistants are. Hawkeyes did a similar thing this last week in adding Sydney Affolter to Jensen's staff in the same sort of position.
