Turnovers always jump out at you. ISU had the third bast assist to turnover ratio in the conference. That was because of the high assist rate the women had. To further illustrate your point, our turnover margin was 13th in the conference while the number of turnovers was around 6th (14.5 isn’t terrible at all. The fewest in the conf was TCU at 12.4). That means we didn’t force turnovers and that’s where E hopefully can help.If she can keep up her rate of steals and blocks, she will be a great addition. Emily was the only player with more than 1 steal per game. Evangelia can help, but we probably need more steals out of other players to balance our TO margin.
I hope so. We definitely need another player similar to Belanger.I get the Hannah Belanger vibe from that article. The player who was initially overlooked and wants to prove she can compete at the higher level. Good! Hopefully she will come in and do just that.
Come and prove it, E!
They are the exact opposite types of players on the court thoughI get the Hannah Belanger vibe from that article. The player who was initially overlooked and wants to prove she can compete at the higher level. Good! Hopefully she will come in and do just that.
