The fact that you have to "devein" it doesn't add to its appeal, honestly.As a longtime "spiders creep-me-the-****-out" and shrimp-eater-liker, I'm conflicted.
It isn't a 1-to-1, though.
I don't do leggy-shrimp, it's either deep-fried or peeled/deveined shrimp-cocktail.
