Every player gets to vote on which flags they think are best, 2nd and 3rd best. A vote for your own flag is not allowed.
Upon receiving all results, the totals from each region will count as one vote out of 7 final votes.
So, for example, if 20eyes, Andy, and CoKane all vote Colorado's flag as the best and his flag finishes with the most points from all of Northern Europe's votes, Northern Europe's vote will be for Colorado's as first, and then whoever gets the 2nd and 3rd most points as their 2nd and 3rd votes.
I'll tally each region's (and my own) votes to determine a winner.
How are we sending them in?Yes.
