Like so many NXT talent that fails on Raw or SmackDown, Shayna worked at NXT because, for the most part, HHH knows what he's doing (he's not perfect - see Deonna Purrazzo slipping through his fingers because he already had a crammed women's division). Shayna's not the greatest on the mic and can be a bit boring in the ring, but HHH knew how to take what Shayna had to turn her into a monster the likes of which the NXT women's roster had never seen. But Vince can't do that - even though women are playing a more prominent role in WWE, his way of still thinking is stuck in the neanderthal. It's not just women - Vince, still stuck in a long gone era, can't book nearly anybody to today's audience. Which, just like virtually every other NXT talent, Shayna was never going to work on the main roster.
Rhea Ripley goes from winning and then later being in NXT women's title match at In your House to having to being in a joke 2 on 1 match with Aaliyah and Roger Stone. What a joke.
Big AEW fan but IMO NXT crushed AEW wednesday and next wednesday will be even worse for AEW. Really the only match I was looking forward to on AEW was Cody Hager. Tazz promo was the highlight of the night. Apparently WWE is ticked off at his remarks to WWE I say **** off. How about you do more for your wrestling talent than temperature checks.
My top 3 matches if you combined both shows are all from NXT. 1. Lumis Strong Strap Match. Lumis is a star, that dead pan stare he gives off is amazing. 2. Banks vs Shirai and 3. the 4 way elimination match for the number 1 contender ship for NXT women's championship.

Both shows main events tonight were amazing. Wednesday's are the best day of the week in wrestling and it's not even close.
Tonight is Impact Slammiversary. Supposedly Both EC3 and Gallows and Anderson will make appearances tonight.
Didn't dude just have a pretty decent spot last Monday?
Slater has proven he can get over, but it looks like he is just another cog in the wheel for Vince.
