I watched this tornado live. It became violent rapidly. Classic wall cloud structure the weather guy said “watch right here a tornado is going to come out” and like 5 seconds later it was this. Then about 15 seconds later it looked like the small wedge in the previous post and it was flinging debris very very high in the air.

That’s crazy.

I was “fortunate” enough to see a tornado up close when I was a kid. Dropped down in the cornfield behind the house I grew up in while I was out with the neighbors. Probably the most awesome sight I’ve ever seen. I just stood there in a stupor, until the older neighbor grabbed me by the shirt collar and ran to their house.
