Super cells blowing up west of Des Moines...
Ah, weather thread. Almost seems like normal.
Looked at the dar and yeah, got your tornado warning. Just rainy rainy up north in Mpls.
I couldn’t get any live streams during the tornado warning from any Des Moines channel or on the 13 warm me app.
Yeah, couldn't find anything worth a crap on any local station websites either.
We were supposed to get severe today. But it's been dreary and rainy on and off all day so I doubt it.
A few more discrete supercells popping up east of the metro.
Today is the first time I’ve heard the term super cells.

The sun has come out, usually means stronger storms later in the evening in these situations.

I'm just a touch east of that warning. I was in the shop working on the racecars and heard the Tornado Warning come across the radio. Went outside to watch the crazy clouds zoom by.
