They'll keep 6, seven if Davis makes the 53 but he's strictly special teams.

5 locks; Adams, Allison, St. Brown, Valdes-Scantling, Kumerow,

Then you have Moore, 4th round disappointment from 2018 and Lazard. I'd say barring injuries best case practice squad.

Honestly, not bad for Eaton. No offense to him because I loved his heart, but I never would have thought he could sniff the NFL, so that’s a good first step for Eaton.

If Lazard isnt at least on a practice squad I want him working for iowa state alumni or athletics. The guy is a huge part of the renewed success ISU has had plus great attitude.

Pretty sure Miller and Condon said last week that Eaton was coming back when they were talking our WRs. Either I heard wrong or they are extremely misinformed. They don’t ever seem to know much about Iowa State sports when they talk it.

They were right. He just decided to leave early once he got wind of the FA contract option.

Unless there was an injury he likely would of been competing with Lazard for a practice squad spot. So it may be for the best.
