Just want to thank you guys for the great season. I'm sure that that the grind of being a student-athlete in a pressure filled spotlight isn't easy, but a lot of us fanatics really appreciate it. Countless hours in the gym and on the road can't be easy.

This season was filled with highs and lows, but so is life. If your career is over at Iowa State, good luck in whatever you do. Nothing you have shown us this year would make us assume that you will have nothing but success in whatever you do. If you are coming back, we will be right back here bleeding cardinal and gold for you next year.

Thanks for writing this - I've seen instagram post from NWB and MS and it is a good reminder what good people they are and how much this means to them and makes me feel bad that there were times I felt I cared more than they did.

Agree, nobody wanted to win more than the players and the coaches. It may seem like little consolation to some, but knowing that CSP is sending good young men out into the world that will always represent ISU well really makes me proud.

Despite the disappointing ending to the season this team exceeded my expectations for them at the beginning of the year. Try to remember they finished dead last in the Big 12 last year.

So you aren't looking for inclusions like "I hope you have taken the opportunity to learn valuable lessons such as playing together and bringing a max effort every game?"

That's a shame. It would make your letter much more accurate and complete.

Look bro, I think that you are actually a good person and I'm not going to get nasty.

I will say that not "bringing a max effort" is your opinion. These are competitive athletes on a pretty high level, I don't understand the idea of them never giving anything less than 100% or wanting to win every time they stepped on the court.

You got your shot in at the team you say you support, so please take it to one of the other threads ripping on them.
