hmm, must have a magic ball to see that offer this far out.

The kid is a sophomore, that is not that crazy. He looks like a really good athlete in his videos.

Haven't some schools offered like 8th graders before? I think CMC has offered a 9th grader before, hasn't he?

All programs evaluate sophomore film and many offer if they like it. Especially if they have seen you in person at a camp or in a live game. Been that way at-least since 2010 from my experiences from recruiting. In fact, if a recruit, you are behind most other recruits if you have not sent out soph film and attended camps/events.

Way up there
This kids plays in our conference, he's really good but its tough to see how 8 man translates to cfb. Really good athlete that looks dominant...but again, 8 man, so who knows,Campbell must see something he likes. He is from the same school as former hawk Nate Meier and they had a TE get signed by the Seahawks after playing at d2 Northwest Missouri State. So they've had some legit athletes the last 10 years or so. Pretty impressive for an 8 man program.

Be interesting to know if the young man attended a camp/event where CMC or coaches saw him or if this offer was strictly from film. Anyone know?
