Monday is our last time to see Bridget - and others - in a Cyclone uniform in Hilton. Don't miss it. Bridget's number will definitely be hanging in Hilton; she may even retire as our #1 scorer; it will depend on how far we go in the tournaments.

If you wonder how special BC is, look at what she did tonight at TT. She was scoreless in the first half, but scored half our points in the 4th quarter, including the winning basket.

We will also say goodbye to Meredith Burkhall who drove up from Urbandale to choose the Cyclones. She was ranked the 45th best player in her class nationally and tops coming out of Iowa. She's had a great career here and showed the kind of character that Bill is always looking for in his players.

We will also say goodbye to Alexa Middleton who arrived from Tennessee to handle our point guard duties - and are we ever glad she did. She came out of high school as a McDonald's All-American and ranked the #28 overall prospect nationally and the 4th best guard. She really came into her own once the conference games started.

Unfortunately, Ines Nezerwa will also graduate. She became a crowd favorite with her drive and enthusiasm. We are sorry to see her go. If there is a chance she gets another year, that would be a great thing for the Lady Clones.

Hopefully we get a top-4 seed in the NCAA Tournament so the seniors get an encore, but that's not guaranteed.

I feel good about it and plan go if NCAA's are in Hilton. But, yes, come out Monday night and please for the love of the Cyclones, Don't leave early. Bridget and the rest of them want to talk to the fans after the game, so let's respect them enough to stay and listen to them.

I believe a BF 500th win video is also planned so, plenty to stay for

Senior night is my favorite and I'll be watching but not the same.

Good post. They will definitely be missed when gone.

For the record Iowa State teams both male and female are Cyclones, not Lady Cyclones.

Another reason to attend tomorrow night is they will recognize BF's 500th win. Pretty cool.

Good luck tonight Sisters! Very much looking forward to the trip to Oklahoma City this week-end. While not exactly tropical, it will be a nice break from the Artic Tundra that has been Omaha for the past 6 weeks.

Because of her pending waiver application with the NCAA for one more year, she apparently won't be honored at Senior Night. I'm guessing Iowa State is pretty optimistic about the waiver or they probably wouldn't be doing that.

I knew they had applied for a waiver but did not know that they would not recognize her tonight. It would be absolutely delightful if she did get another year. Her improvement over the course of this season has been so fun to watch. It would be a big plus to have her back next year, especially with Mere graduating. Thanks for correcting me on this. Definitely good news for Cyclone Nation.
