Solomon Young injury updates

I just hope he can get back to 100% healthy by next season.
I want Solomon to be healthy well after his time at ISU. Hope he makes a full recovery and we can watch him play for a couple more years.
He's had some bad luck with the injuries. Hopefully he can make a full recovery for next year. We need his toughness
I wonder how things would look if we had him for the Iowa, Baylor and TCU games...
Just reading the description of the groin injury made me queasy
Get well big guy. Study hard and come back strong in Cardinal and Gold next year.

Could be or he might feel like his play this year wasn't a true reflection of his ability. Also might be managing expectations for next year. Based on Young and Prohm's comments I think it's by no means a given he'll be back to his pre-injury self next year.
Wishing him all the best and hopefully next year turns out great! Seems like a great guy.
If this were still to be an issue next year could he redshirt and have two years still or is it you have to play 4 in 5?

It's still 4 in 5, but if you miss two seasons for medical reasons it's generally a rubber-stamp waiver to get a sixth year.
Wow...what a tough mofo. That's one nasty injury, the fact that he even tried to give it a go this year is insane. Speaks volumes about the type of person he is.
He played several games with the tendon ripped off the bone??? Tough guy. Also makes we wonder what took so long for the medical staff to diagnose the total severity of the injury. That he did play some games makes it sound like it was thought the injury wasn't all that severe until he didn't heal right, and then deeper scans were done.
