Holy ****. At first glance I can't think of too many good reasons to be walking outside of your car on the interstate at night, but you sure hope this wasn't avoidable on Boeheim's part. In any event just terrible.

Sounds like the weather wasn't amazing there last night, even on a perfect day, walking outside your car on the interstate is a bad idea. This just sucks for everyone involved.

They mentioned icy roads in the article but no comment if he was drinking. Sad regardless.

I realize that. I just hope for his own sake he wasn't found to be drunk, speeding, distracted, etc.-- not that it does anything to relieve the fact someone tragically died.

The article states that he blew a 0.0 on the alcohol. This is how bad rumors start/get spread.

If the pedestrian was walking on an interstate at night, odds are Boeheim did nothing wrong - likely just a tragic accident.

That's horrible. Even if Boeheim has zero fault in the accident it would still be tough to live with that on your conscious.
