Baylor vs. Oklahoma 8pm ESPNU
TCU vs. Texas Tech 8pm ESPN

Interested in both of these games tonight. Can Tech protect home court and get back to their winning ways to prove they belong in the conversation at the top of the conference?

An important game for Baylor and the Sooners to see who wants to solidfy themselves as a tou

@TTU is a snake pit. Really impressive that we won there.

Shows how well we defended them. TCU is defending really poorly, and part of that is their offense turning it over and getting out of whack in transition.

I think our key was that we defended Culver so well that we were able to keep Moretti and Mooney blanketed too.

I have so much respect for Beard. If he stays around in Lubbock, I could see them contending towards the top of the conference year in and year out

I'm honestly confused about what I'm seeing in Norman. Is Baylor that good even without Tristan Clark? Is OU that bad? What is going on?

Edit: I guess OU's 3 conference wins are only OSU twice and TCU at home.

Now 63-31? At home? I don’t like using the word embarrassing in relation to games, but that is embarrassing.

Never mind, the CBS Sports app is terrible. Showed three different scores as it refreshes and I don’t think that is right.
Turns out it was not far off at all. Baylor is 5-2 and in first place after winning by 30 at OU!

I think both OU and Baylor are still a bit unknown actually.

Being completely honest, I am not sure why all the stats love OU. They played an ok non-con slate and went 11-1 with the loss against Wisconsin. They beat Florida and Northwestern and Creighton and Notre Dame...but none of those teams are worth a **** right now. Their best league win is TCU in Norman and they won that one with less than :20 seconds left in the game. I will be kind of disappointed if we don't sweep them. And I will also be shocked if they end up making the tourney.

Baylor is better than anyone thought but the caveat is that they have played a pretty easy schedule so far, particularly on the road. They have three road wins which is great, you can't take that away from them, but they are against arguably the three worst league teams in WVU, OU, and OSU. They still have to go to Texas, Texas Tech, Iowa State, Kansas State, and Kansas.
