This week I received an email from Alliance for ISU. Interim President Benjamin Allen delivered his Fall Address last week. After several weeks on the job he issued this profound statement. "Iowa State has established itself as the school of choice in Iowa," said Allen.

Not sure what the meaning or value of the statement, I got this clarification---

"Iowa State continues to enroll more Iowans than any other university in the world."

Really? And, here you thought an interim president was a know nothing.
