I'd imagine there will be a change by next summer if there isnt an improvement recruiting wise. The staff in general seems to know their stuff teaching wise but recruiting is 80% of the battle.

I'd hate to think what happens next year when the team wins a big game...they might be duped into thinking they're doing a good job.

Wiggington, Jackson, Lewis, Lard, Young, Shayock, Brase...I'd say they are doing a pretty good job recruiting.
