I just recently broke the glass on one of the windows on my topper. The topper is a cheap one that I use occasionally, but I would like to get the glass fixed. I was thinking I could get plexiglass or something similar to replace it.

Does anyone know where I could get something like that in the Ames area relatively inexpensively?

Just to give an idea, I only paid $150 for the topper.

You can buy sheets of plexiglass at Home Depot and cut it with a box cutter. It's more expensive than I thought it would be, but you should be able to get the job done for less than $50.

Yes, I did the same thing to put a back window into a work car of mine.
