    It’s not just ISU fans of course. I was an Iowa season ticket holder for a couple of decades. It just isn’t worth it anymore. I can watch at home.

    I’m not going through this thread post by post, but even as an Iowa fan I wonder why any established coach would consider that a great job. I guess the money but those fans are nuts. It’s not just that they want to win it’s that they feel entitled to the win. That national championships 25 years...

    Let’s try this. The totality of the debate is close. Nebraska is the name brand. Iowa is close. Iowa is a lands better football program right now. In total, iowa is a better catch for top 30 than Nebraska. Perhaps inelegant, but that’s what I was shooting for.

    I don’t understand where the reading comprehension issues come from. I’ve said the debate with Nebraska is close. Iowa is head and shoulders a better football program. Nebraska has a bigger name.

    I didn’t say that. At any point. Nebraska is a tough one. Iowa is a better football school right now. Nebraska has a better name and brand. Wisconsin is obviously a better brand and a better football school than iowa. I think I’ve said that more than once in this thread.

    You mean $40.00. There was an extra . So I was making sure not 400. I was afraid I’d be kept up until 3 am by drunken college kids. We have solar panels with lithium ion batterit’s. Should be good. We boondock quite a bit. if you allow visiting Iowa fans I’d buy a beer for anyone in here.
