    Do you think the perfect defensive basketball team would be a team that commits fouls or one that can play defense and doesn't commit any? I guess they could be terrible enough at offense to where they commit several offense fouls to land in foul trouble, but they could just turnover the ball...

    Yes, but even in basketball if a team cannot get a defensive rebound it will limit the number of offensive possessions.

You could have a team that scores on td on every offensive possession and never commits a single turnover lose a football game where the other team through controlling the ball longer or even through onside kicks is able to retain...

    Why do you think it is dumb, because it is true. The perfect offense (scoring on every possession and having no turnovers) might never win a game while the perfect defense (never allows a score) will never lose.

    I think he is pointing out the irony of hunters leaving the organs out in the open after field dressing the deer. I guess I don't know if a lot of guys bury the organs when a raccoon is just as likely to come and eat them anyway. Field dressing is not the same thing as butchering.

    For me, it really depends if the win matters to get into the playoffs or if you are in the playoffs, because I will play for the points every other time. I play in one league to where it always comes down to points for the last few playoff spots and there have been years where the difference is...

    Most of the school switched from days to hours, which added greater flexibility to their schedule. Seems like the state pretty much wants to have the remaining ones make this change as well.
