    I think we lost this one more so than WV beat us. I still would say WV is better than both Kansas and Baylor, but Texas Tech was better than all 3 of them. Idk how to rank Arizona or Houston yet.

    After thinking more about your plan it would be pretty awful to make the C4 lot get into D4 to get out. Pretty much all of D4 would get out while C4 was trapped for a really long time. C4 can actually split in half and either go south into D5 and out onto JT way or cross to D4.

    Yet, by not controlling traffic they also don't have access to places because of the traffic jam it causes by cars being stuck for 30-45 minutes. A major improvement would only take 4 barricades. Southbound University at Lincoln Way and at Center. Westbound on S 4th at Hazel and Riverside...

    You dont need people. They just need barricades. Or use their cars to block the roads. That way they can use both lanes of traffic to exit people. There are way too many people trying to zipper into a single lane when everything should be double.
