I think most people for WTP are nostalgic for the circa 2010 version, not what was there at the end.

Wallaby's, Sweet Caroline's?

I watch a lot of sporting events at El Azteca.

We honestly need to try Sweet Caroline's again. We went a couple times in the first year that they opened and everything was so slow that we kind of crossed it off our list.

I don't mind Wallabys but it doesn't really give off sports bar vibes to me, even though I know that's what they classify themselves as. Their prices have also gotten kind of wild in recent years.

BBQ was okay, not great and finding out the owner was a DB made it easy not to go there much. It helps that there are a lot better BBQ options (Kue'd, Smokey Ds, Watcha Smokin', etc)

Decent food, their onion rings are great, very nice selection of beers on tap. We eat there once every couple of months. Have yet to have a good meal at Wallaby's, three times and always disappointing. Maybe I am just ordering the wrong stuff, but last time I tried the Philly cheesesteak and it was horrible.
