Good thing I don’t normally listen to sports podcasts during the summer. I get it’s a slow time of year, but it is frustrating they can’t find anything else to talk about other than her.
I always enjoyed Ken Miller. He was usually fair to ISU and truly seems to enjoy what he does. IMO, he and Chris Williams were the only KXNO show hosts who were there to actually talk sports for the love of the game and not fulfill their ego.
and they have yet to mention Bridget Carleton and the top of the league MN Lynx.
Listen, I hate CC as much as anyone, but she's one of the most popular athletes in the country right now. Nobody knows Carleton.
is she that popular or is it media driven to keep her name out there?
People still listen to KXNO? It’s Cyclone Fanatic & Iowa Everywhere for me, KXNO lost all their talent
I stop listening/won't listen when her name is in the headlines. As much as she keeps getting talked about I wonder if she still drives listenership from Iowa fans or if it will start to negatively affect their numbers. I know now with podcasts they can track that stuff to the minute so it would be interesting if it drives an audience one way or the other.
I'm guessing for 2 Guys it lessens it because they don't talk about her near as much as last year.

There is a book coming out on CC written by Christine Brennan, Murph got an advanced copy, of course he did, and has read it. They had the author on and she talked about CC and the book.
Hopefully that's all he did with it...
