If Jackson can't stop the bleeding on the def boards, I hope we give Chatfield more minutes in the 2nd. He seems to be a smart player that calms guys down on the road.

He’s really struggling this year so far
We are sometimes so guard dominate that nobody else sees the ball but Milan has to be much more aggressive to get open shots. Love Keyson but he was really struggling in the first half.

Not worried at all honestly.

Keshon is fine... he just gets into a mode where he feels he has to do everything when he's not getting any help from anyone else... it's more on the others to step it up!!

We all knew Tech would be fired up for this game. We need to go on a run to start the second half

4 first half assists for the guys. That’s what I’m harping on if I’m coach. Low assist numbers against Utah too.

Not a major role, no, and definitely not enough for how much it has been discussed but that is pretty much every game thread if we aren’t up by 10+. It just gets a little tiring not even being able actually talk about the game when it’s just refs this refs that.

I’d rather talk about how many open 3’s and offensive rebounds we have given up. Or how our offense cannot get downhill.

Cheers to a better 2nd half.
Some of the open 3s were a direct result of a travel pass fake or travel dribble stop. That's a 9 point swing right there.

There are plenty of refs that don't effect the game... but this is entirely inconsistent and missing clear and obvious in a way that has directly swung the game.

Happy to be down only 6. Feels a lot like the Iowa game. Stay close and hope we can overcome in the end. Has to be frustrating for them to be shooting lights out and only being up 6. If we can put together an early run this game can look a lot different in the 2nd half.

I'm going to make a statement that some people will not understand.

No one that is on the court has "nothing to do with the present game situation."

It is not even remotely a possibility in reality. The officials officiating well or poorly has something to do with any "present game situation". Just them being there has something to do with the situation.

Figure out a better way to say this, becuase it is just plainly non-sensical.

And anyone that doesn't like critique of officials should likely never say anything about any other individual involved with the game. Mistakes on anyone's part are a part of the game and affect the outcome. ALWAYS.

I believe a great team can overcome anything that the other 8 individuals on the court can do to them, but that doesn't mean that they have to play perfectly to deserve even calling etc. Be better is a great thought. Play in a game where the officials do the job they are put there to do evenly, is also something you should be able to expect most of the time.
