Houston has come close on several occasions to taking it to the house. Better put up some points
This ain't 2017 TCU . . .
He had to punt there....you get the ball first, can't jet Houston get a cheap oneThe way this game is going I honestly don't hate the punt. Seems like the Defense could pitch close to a shutout while the offense is going to struggle to score. Didn't want to give Houston a shot at an easy one before half when we get the ball to start.
Yeah, they still had all 3 timeouts, too. Would have sucked bad to give up a TD there, or even a FG. Pretty obvious our offense wasn't about to explode for a scoring drive there either. The way this game is going I honestly don't hate the punt. I disagree that we have been "largely successful" by hanging around in low scoring games. Losses to Iowa, Ohio, KU and Texas just to name a few.Which has nothing to do with what I was saying.
Hmmm. That's me, and still have no clue.
Oh well. I'm uncool and I'm OK with that.![]()
That play never gets reviewed and definitely not that quickly. We're doomed to lose today if it stays within reach of the officials! He had to punt there....you get the ball first, can't jet Houston get a cheap one
The risk? The risk is we give Houston the ball at mid field and we can easily go into half time tied or behind. What's the risk of going for it at the end of the half? Maybe give up 3? Cmon Campbell!
Funny we try to run outside and loose 3-4 yards, if we run we need to run straight at them our O-line is not athletic to try to run outside!Just a horribly coached first half. Rocco playing like ****, Sama should be benched, o line awful, what else could go wrong.
