RV at Kinnick - Nope...now camping at Saylorville so game watch somewhere???

We have taken a motor home a couple of times and parked in the lot across the street from Walgreens and stayed overnight. It was the afternoon/evening before the game and there wasn't anyone at the lot entrace.
That effin hole is WORSE GD place in America to tailgate, for anyone..,… for visiting teams it’s LMFAO terrible. The whole town is literally a septic tank
That stadium is in the worst spot ever. They built that town and forgot cars existed.
You forget the stadium is Historic. It was built before there were cars.
Parked there Circa 2001? JJs return game. Only game I've attended there. We were close to the stadium. Arrived Friday night to calm surroundings. Woke up Saturday morning with cars parked 4 feet away as far as you could see. Generator running and shades pulled. Didn't hear a thing. Start drinking! So much fun. But won't go back.
It's been a long time since I've gone to a game there but they allowed overnight RV parking in the Finkbine lot last time we went. Did they change that over the years?
Stay home and tailgate in your driveway. Hanging out in IC is a colossal waste of a weekend.
We are going back and forth. Have never been and have a good feeling that we will be able to celebrate a win there this year.

Win or lose bring a helmet for the long ass walk back to the RV. Once the gremlins get good and lubricated anything near them turns into a projectile, if you are wearing anything cyclone.
Changed our plans. Decided trying to navigate IC is not something we want to do.

You can go the the Marina bar and it will be on. I usually watch on my houseboat as we tie our boat up with others. Unfortunately, most of that crowd are loud mouth tavern-hawks. We really need to win this one!!
Except the Treatment Plant actually treats the raw sewage. CHA spews it right back onto the streets of IC in 2 hours or less.
