Did I say that was necessarily going to continue?

With that said you can't dispute he's probably been the most disappointing player to start the season. It's one thing not to make shots, I can live with that. But to not make them WHILE taking a bevy of bad shots (and too many of them)? That indicates a lack of basketball IQ and that's concerning.
Oh we can dispute it and I am flagging this post to let you choke on it later in the season.

Chart out the bad shots he has taken for us will you. Missing bunnies isn't taking bad shots, it is what it looks like for an 18 year old learning to play P5 roundball.

As I type this Omaha delivers a beautiful dish for an assist.

He is on a nice curve for his first 3 games. He will contribute in conference play.

Consider your lame ass take disputed.

Every single time it’s a contested rebound, an Idaho St player falls over and they whistle a foul. EVERY TIME.
There's been some weak calls on some of those, I'd agree. But...if you look at their size and athleticism those balls shouldn't even be getting over our guys. Our blocking out and jump timing has been extremely poor.

Gilbert with a great 2nd half. No idea how he got that off.

The two brutal threes (including the one he's made) and the forced runner in the lane to name a few.

Gilberts been our best player this half, after a rough first.

Wherever I go, there I am.
What is your point here. It's a message board. I basically said the most disappointing player to start the year has been Jones and his offense. Did I say it was going to continue? Did I say he shouldn't play?

Good lord, you are going all isufbcurt/gunnerclone/cyclonelawman and taking a simple/accurate statement and trying to be offended by it. Whatever, I guess.
Assuming this is a reference to me, I'm touched. #rentfree

Kind of sleepwalking through this one. I think it's understandable 3rd game in a week vs crappy teams. Yet still going ti win by 30-40.

Block outs are suspect, rotational defense is weak, and we have not shot the ball well. But we 10 times more talented, have got to the basket/line routinely, and have had great contributions from our inside guys.

The first 5 minutes were outstanding but yeah, the rest has been relatively meh. No big deal.

Sloppy as it’s been, if the 3pt % was even close this is probably another 50ish point game.

The way he was walking has me concerned for a Niang injury.

Yeah if it's a knee or something that's bad.

I'd guess the 'why was he out there!?' posts will start up like injuries can't happen at practice or tip off.
