That might have been the best overall half I’ve ever seen from special teams ever that I can remember. That’s a big change and has always seemed to be a problem

Idk… they put it on cruise control in the 3rd quarter. Hard to gauge that.

I worry about our OL holding up against their D.

Iowa absolutely did not put it on cruise control…. that game was not in hand by any means. Utah State won that 2nd half.

Iowa did not pull starters until very late in the 4th quarter.

Say what you want about Deion, but that’s incredibly impressive, even if TCU lost a lot of talent.

Playing two P5 programs back to back to start the year before the P12 schedule.. it would be GREAT for the big 12 if they play well this year.

My frustration with early play calling aside... we physically look the part.


This might be, in my life time, one of the few times we have multiple guys who just look faster and bigger than UNI across the board.

I told a friend of mine this morning we have 6-10 guys IMO who could have NFL futures. Maybe a couple a more.

We're young. But the talent is showing. Kinda hoping to see Hansen at RB too but Sama is electric.
