TCU has to be in a tough spot with Patterson, right?

So, you're a troll. Do you whine too?
You're doing an awful lot of whining right now. I replied one of your posts earlier regarding the "4th down spot" in the game this weekend explaining to you the rule and you ignored me. So now I'm getting your attention by acting the way you do on this website. Once you stop trolling this website, I'll stop trolling you.

I think the Kirk comparisons are good. Pattersons W/L probably looks al little worse because he doesn't play a cupcake division every year and have a schedule that dodges all the hard parts of the other division every other year. No matter who they are, he is playing the best teams every year.

I think the fan perception is what is so similar. Stuck between fear of regression, even if that means being mediocre, versus a portion of the fan base that thinks a new philosophy could propel them forward. Just kind of a hard spot to be in, deciding if being very average is acceptable or taking a chance that you could move further in either direction.

I like to think of myself as level headed, so when an opponent says we're whining about reffing, I'll at least listen to why they think that. But @surly still hasn't said what the exact grievance is. The obvious choice would be the end of game spot... but man if that's it, I just can't see it as a gift from the football gods...

Overall in the game vs OSU, I think it was fairly evenly spread out ****** reffing. Missed holding calls that could have gone in our favor, and John Walters (among others) reporting that we were constantly getting shorted on the line gained. That's leaving out the egregious bad call on the X TD.

Calls that went our way were 1) the end of game spot and 2) the PI on X in the 3rd quarter. Neither of those were egregious though. Did the last call end the game in our favor, yup. But man to call it favoritism or whatever you're insinuating is a bit over the top. And it's not even against surly's team - that's what I don't get. Why the hate even if a call or two went our way?

I picked ISU to beat oSu in my pool. The Clones are the better team. But please save me the official errors whines henceforth. That bell rings quite hollow after Saturday.
You can **** off and not come here.

You've spent years of your life reading and interacting with an opposing team's fan base. It's both weird and sad. All those hundreds of hours you've wasted typing in a font different from everyone else in an attempt to stand out. If he's a troll so be it. But at least he won't go to the grave knowing that he spent a significant portion of his life trying to make water cooler talk with a group of people that wouldn't miss him if he was gone.

A friendly reminder that Surly's preferred pronouns are she/her.

Even if you think her opinion has merit and we are just whining (which I don't) --- you're on an ISU message board and a KSU fan --- GTFOH with that ****!
