Throw in the fact that the PAC has done a **** job of getting their network on content providers. The Big did a much better job of market penetration.
It takes a special kind of mismanagement to have the LA, SF, Seattle, Arizona, Denver, and Portland markets and still not maximize revenue.
The PAC is a fun league. It's full of marketable teams. They somehow just miss the mark again and again
The Big 10 market penetration can be attributed to Fox owning 49% of the network. Fox was able to get the network on normal tier of channels by negotiating with their other networks. For example, in order for New York to get the Yankees channel, cable companies had to agree to accept the Big 10 network. Huge leverage the Big 10 got with Fox
The PAC didn’t have a partner like that.
