I really think Tom struggles with the speed of the game at times. He is just wildly inconsistent.

There is a reason he didn't make it long in Indy when he left. I've hated on him for years and people always respond with the great offensive stats from the past few years and I just keep going back to we've been successful despite him, not because of him. Our offensive guys could do even better with a steady and creative OC. He does the basics and nothing more.
