He has the potential, sure. Coleman is finally at a weight where he doesn't have to cut some much.Where do I begin?
141- Ian Parker has never placed at the NCAA tournament. Jaydin Eierman is a 3x All-American (5,4,3). AND Eierman pinned Parker in their only H2H
184- Could make a case for Colbray, as I conceded. Colbray lost the H2H to Brands in the dual. Colbray regressed last year from 28-8 to 18-9 record.

197- You think Marcus Coleman (career 45-25), bumping up from 184 to 197 will be able to overtake All-American Jacob Warner (career 42-10)

I don't think Coleman ever had to cut before did he? Are you thinking of Colbray?
Nope, I'm thinking of Coleman. He's moved up a weight class every year he's been in college. His body wasn't responding well when had to make the cut down to 74 and 84.
Coleman was hurt, at least out with something. Couldn’t do wrestle offs.
Yeah, just getting back. Warm up match I’m guessing. Not sure when next wrestle offs are.
Coleman is recovering from an injury and hasn't wrestled off with Bastida for the spot yet. He was cutting a lot of weight to get to 174 and 184, and bulked up this offseason to get to 197 which is a more natural weight for him. Will be interesting to see who wins that battle as I think both have AA upside at 197 this year
Was at the duals yesterday, Coleman literally looks like a different man at 97.
We were team side yesterday and you’re 100% right. He looked damn good sitting at 97. Just seemed comfortable in warming up, walking around and then on the mat
From what I’ve been hearing it’s Brands spot to lose. Don’t know if their H2H in freestyle had anything to do with it, but Nelson mopped the floor with Abe. Assad has a redshirt to use.
He still could be. Assad could still be in the lineup this year, but from everything I’ve heard Brands passed him. Losing 9-0 in freestyle doesn’t help your confidence. Assad can redshirt this year and have 4 years of eligibility left if he wants it.
Nelson has good wins, but was really undersized last year. If he’s a full size 184 he could make the podium.
