Hutchinson should have just grabbed the defender and not let go there. Would have got a flag, but would have prevented an interception.

Hard to think of that in the heat of the moment.

Not sure what has the higher chance of happening...the defender dropping it or us converting on a 4th and 20 when we haven't given our QB time to get those types of plays off ALL DAY LONG.

I think the odds are better to hope for a drop and convert on 4th and 10.

Attention to detail. Taking too long to make up our minds on what plays to call. This game exposed our weaknesses that we need to improve on. Special teams. Adjusting to pressure defense. Quick decision making. All things we need to develop to become an elite team. All things said, I still love the effort of these kids and coaching staff. It has been a great year. On to the bowl game. Don't get me wrong on calling out Purdy for his decision-making on this drive. Manning was incompetent for most of the day. Really bad play calling in the first half got us into a hole we couldn't dig ourselves out of.
