I broke down and added a third monitor to my work setup. I just have too many windows open adding another monitor should make it easier to find them.
Nope, sure haven't. My brother is a pepper guru, I'll ask him if he knows of them.

Yeah. They are about a half notch up from a bell pepper. Kind of sweet with just a touch of heat usually. Good for stir frying!
Also, let's get honest here. You bought the third monitor so that you can keep a full screen of CF going 24/7.
Now I'm curious as to how other people do things. I noticed that most of your open windows are a single tab (can't read them, can just tell by the top line). It looks like you open a lot of windows with very few tabs open, and tile a few on each screen.
My habit, both now and back when I was working, was to have a few windows open, with multiple tabs in each. For example, right now I have a windows file explorer window open (but minimized), an excel window with eight tabs open (in the background), and two firefox windows open side by side with 8 tabs on one and 4 tabs on the other,
I have a few programs pinned to the task bar, and have very few icons on my desktop (I find it easier to pull them off of file explorer where they are logically arranged. When I was working, I put shortcuts to the excel files I used most often in a folder pinned on the task bar at the bottom of my screen.
That system worked for me, but I like things neatly organized and alphabatized in folders, and can't stand searching through icons on a desktop.

They aren't all browser windows mostly TN3270 emulators so no tabs. Certain applications open on IE, Edge and Chrome so each of those is open with it's own tabs. Then there are the multiple open emails that seem to grow over the course of the day.
Plus the purple is the standard company wallpaper

Let me see if I can translate this for you KC. (seeing if my coding ability from 15-20 years ago still has anything). Dude deals with programming, when you go into those you typically have to have a new window for them as code is running or being analyzed in the background as you change things, more programs -- the more windows. The other tabs are to work with the other companies he is working with.
Also, computer nerds do things very different than most people, do not try to understand them because you may need to be drunk for it to make sense.
I understood his explanation quite well, thank you very much. And it made sense to me.
I'm really kind of curious how those of us who use computers extensively (and are NOT programmers) organize their desktops. Lew thinks I'm TOO organized...and his notifications can rival yours at times. Makes my eyeballs twitch seeing all those little red emblems! And his desktop is a total hodgepodge of pinned programs and bookmarks and files and miscellaneous ****. I can't find a damn thing on there when he calls from the shop & says hey, can you look this up on my computer for me?
Wasn't making fun of you, was just taking a small shot at Gr8. Guy works too much, IMO.
