TT 7-1 (loss to OU, win over Baylor), lost to OU, won over UT
OU 7-1 (wins both), lost to UT, won over TT
UT 7-1 (wins both), lost to TT, won over OU

I think in the event of a 3-way tie where each team has one win and one loss against the other two the best BCS ranking is the best way to determine who gets to go to the Big 12 Championship Game. The BCS ranking takes into consideration overall record and strength of schedule.

(1) Head-to-head: All 1-1
(2) Division record: All 4-1
(3) They all beat OSU, Baylor, and A&M
(4) No other common conference opponents between all 3 teams
(5) Highest BCS ranking
