It's a horrible take being excited and wanting a player that had a Kansas visit and offer?

Garza was a Top 125 kid with offers from Indiana, Louisville and Notre Dame.

Griffin was a Top 125 kid with offers from Kansas, Pitt and Illinois.

Garza averaged 12 and 6 while shooting 35% from 3 as a freshman.

Griffin had yet to play a minute of college basketball.

You said you would take Griffin.

LOL!

How was Luka's defense his Freshman year?
You are really fascinated with this.

Not great.

When Zion finally averages double figure minutes per game we might finally be able to gauge how his defense is.

Maybe next year?

I'm not the one calling Park an elite QB.
Park had potential, but elite he was not. In any given year there are maybe 2-3 college qbs who are elite, as in they stand out well above others. Elite this year were Burrow and Lawrence. I think you could add Tua if he stayed healthy and Fields is right there.

can we take this thread down? The Iowa basketball program has passed ours and is in flat our better shape. End of story.

Well that's just flat out not true lol. The Iowa basketball team is having a better year than Iowa State's but that doesn't mean Iowa's program has surpassed Iowa State's.

You're really going to not include the Fields, Tua, Purdy, Hurts, etc group?

Elite is best of the best. Burrow and Lawrence are by all accounts the two best QBs. Lawrence would probably go 1st in this years draft if eligible. The very good tier would be Tua and Fields. Both will more than likely go 1st rd. Someone will take a chance on Hurts after seeing what Lamar Jackson has done but unlikely to be 1st rd. Fromm, Herbert and Stanley after that.

Hurts was runner up for the Heisman behind Burrow. Purdy was runner up to Hurts for best QB in THE Big 12. This isn't complicated

What teams roster would you rather have going forward?
