When looking at his high school highlights.. The kid looks good. His shot looked nice too. Struggling your FR year from the 3PT line isn't unheard of. Also he did shoot 36% from the 3 in conference play which is nice.

I didn’t say we didn’t recruit there or that ihcc still held ill will towards ISU as they both have new staffs. Was merely pointing out its been a while since we heavily recruited any ihcc kids and that the Armandi deal really caused some tension back in 2013.

Exactly. Dustin Houge is a good example. Average stats for juco but basically replicated them in the big 12 while improving his 3P shot by nearly 10%

Your first comment makes it sound like they've been steering their players away from us which isn't the case.

I think that position is hard to recruit. A good big wing player is hard to find. We took a bit of a chance on J. Johnson and this guy may be in the same vein.
